Lambrini Girls Announce Second Album 'No Refunds' With New Single 'Bang Bang Bang'

Brighton punk duo Lambrini Girls have announced their second album, «No Refunds,» set for release on January 15 via City Slang. The follow-up to their 2025 debut «Who Let The Dogs Out» arrives with a new single, «Bang Bang Bang,» which the band released alongside a frenetic, Harv Frost-directed music video.
The album finds Phoebe Lunny and Selin Macieira-Boşgelmez returning with a darker, more urgent record — one they describe as fitting for a world that has «got even worse.» Employing their trademark scathing social commentary and barbed humor, «No Refunds» takes aim at a range of modern horrors, including artificial intelligence, genocide, fascism, and the «manosphere.»
«Bang Bang Bang» offers an early glimpse of that confrontational approach. Lunny described the song as being about «a man who has been revered as a Christ-like figure but also as the devil.» It follows the album's first taste, «Cult Of Celebrity,» a tongue-in-cheek single released earlier this year that took aim at corruption among the elite.
The full tracklist for «No Refunds» includes «Truth to Power,» «Cult of Celebrity,» «White Man's World,» «Spilt,» «Succulent Chinese Meal,» «Bang Bang Bang,» «Don't Talk To Me Until I've Had My Abortion,» «Gaza Beach,» «The Basement,» «Wake Up!,» and «Is This AI?» The album is available for pre-order now.
The announcement caps a turbulent year for the duo. Earlier this year, Lambrini Girls were forced to pull out of Coachella and reschedule their North American tour after Lunny sustained a neck fracture and an «acute brain injury» while touring in Australia. The band has since rescheduled those dates and is set to return to the road next year with an extensive run of UK and European headline shows.
The 2027 tour will begin in March with dates across the UK and Ireland, including stops at Cambridge Junction, Bristol's Prospect Building, Manchester's Academy 1, Birmingham's Institute 1, Dublin's Vicar Street, Belfast's Empire, Glasgow's Barrowlands, and London's Roundhouse. The European leg follows in May and June, with shows in Amsterdam, Hamburg, Gothenburg, Oslo, Stockholm, Berlin, Warsaw, Prague, Vienna, Munich, Milan, Lausanne, Lyon, Cologne, Luxembourg, Paris, Brussels, and Antwerp. Lambrini Girls first emerged as a force in British punk with «Who Let The Dogs Out,» which earned a five-star review for its unapologetic amplification of chaos and its willingness to call out societal wrongs. The duo has spoken about the importance of humor in their music, describing it as a way to disarm listeners and make political messages more digestible.
More recently, the band teamed up with Music Declares Emergency for the «Hot Girls F*ck The System» merch line, creating t-shirts, hoodies, joggers, and caps with all profits donated to support action on the climate emergency. With «No Refunds,» Lambrini Girls appear poised to continue their run as one of punk's most outspoken and unpredictable acts.
