Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Fontaines D.C. to Lead Primavera Sound's 25th Anniversary Lineup
Primavera Sound has announced the first wave of artists for its 2027 edition, with Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Fontaines D.C. heading a bill that also includes Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers, FKA Twigs, Robyn and more. Doechii, Phoebe Bridgers and Fontaines D.C. will lead the lineup for Primavera Sound's 25th anniversary edition, organizers announced Monday. The Barcelona festival returns to Parc del Fòrum from June 3 to 5, 2027, with a bill that also features Massive Attack, The Chemical Brothers, FKA Twigs, Robyn, Turnstile, Bad Gyal, Lola Young, Pavement, Caroline Polachek and Hayley Williams.
For Doechii, the appearance marks her first performance at the festival. Phoebe Bridgers arrives on the heels of her new solo album «Lost Weekend», while Fontaines D.C. are preparing to release «Dopamine Chamber» later this month. The Irish band's Primavera set will arrive amid an extensive 2027 world tour that includes a recently announced North American leg.
FKA Twigs is billed to bring an «all new show» to the festival site. Skrillex and Australian artist Ninajirachi will close the event with a back-to-back set. The lineup also includes King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard, Bleachers, Underworld, EsDeeKid, ANOHNI, Weyes Blood, English Teacher, Julien Baker, Rebe, Dove Ellis, Metronomy, Arca, underscores, DIIV, Westside Cowboy, Lip Critic and Angine de Poitrine.
Two rare festival appearances stand out on the bill: Bonnie «Prince» Billy and 81-year-old cult vocalist Vashti Bunyan, who has played barely a dozen live shows over the past decade.
Organizers confirmed the ticket timeline alongside the lineup. A registration form for the Fan Sale is available on the Primavera Sound website until October 7. Registered users will receive an email on October 8 with instructions for accessing the Fan Sale from 11am CEST. General ticket sales open on October 9.
The 2027 edition follows this year's festival, held at Parc del Fòrum between June 4 and 6, which featured The Cure, Gorillaz, The xx, Doja Cat and Massive Attack, along with a surprise set from Olivia Rodrigo. The 2026 installment drew a three-and-a-half star review that praised it for delivering «another solid edition» despite starting «on a slightly sour note».
Primavera Sound has grown into one of Europe's flagship music events since its founding, and the 25th anniversary edition places a broad, genre-spanning roster at the center of its celebration. The mix of first-time performers, returning favorites and veteran artists reflects the festival's long-standing approach of pairing contemporary headliners with cult figures and experimental acts across its Parc del Fòrum grounds.
