Bon Jovi to Headline BST Hyde Park 2027
Bon Jovi will return to BST Hyde Park as the first confirmed headliner for the 2027 edition, playing on June 24 as part of their Forever Tour. Tickets go on sale October 23.
Bon Jovi will headline BST Hyde Park in 2027, becoming the first act confirmed for the festival's next edition. The rock band is set to perform on Thursday, June 24, returning to the London outdoor concert series more than a decade after opening its inaugural show in 2013.
The announcement ties the Hyde Park date to the band's ongoing Forever Tour, which has already included nine sold-out nights at New York's Madison Square Garden, sold-out shows in Edinburgh and Dublin, and three sold-out stops at London's Wembley Stadium. Tickets for the Hyde Park concert go on sale Friday, October 23, at 10am BST.
Jon Bon Jovi framed the return as a full-circle moment. «We have a storied history with performing at Hyde Park on previous tours and it's a full circle moment to be returning to BST Hyde Park, 14 years after headlining the very first festival,» he said. He added that the Forever Tour has been «an incredible celebration of the music and the fans who have been with us all these years,» and that the energy of a UK crowd made the summer shows special.
Jim King, CEO of AEG Presents, said Bon Jovi helped launch BST Hyde Park in 2013 and described the band as one of the defining rock acts of its generation, citing an extraordinary catalogue of hits and a live show that remains powerful. He called the rare return to Hyde Park «a genuinely special occasion.»
The Forever Tour marks Bon Jovi's return to large-scale touring after the frontman underwent major vocal cord surgery in 2022. In June, he confirmed he was fully recovered from the operation. The Hyde Park show follows the release of «FOREVER (Legendary Edition),» which reimagines songs from the band's 2024 album «FOREVER» with guests including Bruce Springsteen, Lainey Wilson, Jelly Roll, Jason Isbell, Carín León, Joe Elliott, Robbie Williams and Avril Lavigne.
Bon Jovi's 2013 appearance at BST Hyde Park opened the festival with classics such as «Livin' on a Prayer,» «You Give Love a Bad Name» and «It's My Life.» More names for the 2027 edition will be announced later. This year's installment featured performances from Garth Brooks, ATEEZ, Maroon 5, Mumford & Sons, Duran Duran, Pitbull and Lewis Capaldi.
