Warner Bros. International TV Production, which manages roughly 20 production companies around the world and produces international versions of formats such as The Bachelor, is now part of Skydance. The unit is headed by president Ronald Goes, and going forward it will operate within Skydance TV Studios.

Oversight of the unit will be handled by Warner Bros. Television, which is headed by Channing Dungey. As a result, international production retains a connection to one of the studio's largest television divisions, while its operational structure is changing as part of a broader reorganization.

International versions of reality and entertainment formats are an important part of the television studio business, as they allow proven concepts to be adapted for different markets. Through the work of about 20 production companies, the unit delivers local productions of popular programs, which is why its move under new leadership is noticeable across the industry.

The changes are linked to the completed merger of Paramount and Warner Bros. Discovery, which created a combined company. In this context, Skydance published a new management structure for its television and streaming business. JB Perrette, who is now co-chairman and chief business officer of Skydance TV and Skydance Direct-to-Consumer, introduced his team and announced the departure of several executives who will not be part of the new structure.

Among those leaving the combined company are Dan Barnes, Michael Bisharra, Jamie Cook and Dominic. Their departures reflect the restructuring of leadership after the merger, which placed the former Warner Bros. Discovery and Paramount Skydance divisions under a single management. According to an industry publication, Perrette published the full leadership structure as part of the integration of the two companies.

For Channing Dungey, the new role means an expanded scope of responsibility: she will oversee the production of international format versions within the studio now led by Skydance. For the unit itself, the move under Skydance TV Studios means that decisions about international production will be made within the new structure created after the merger, rather than within the previous Warner Bros. hierarchy.
